Jewelry Care Tips
Our jewelry is made with love using a variety of materials including plated alloys, stainless steel, and cubic zirconia. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend:
- Avoid direct contact with water, sweat, perfume, and chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Store in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry pouch or box.
- Gently clean with a soft cloth after use.
All fashion jewelry (even luxury brands!) can tarnish over time with exposure to elements. Proper care extends the life and shine of your pieces.

All products sold by Chance Jewelry are sourced from independent suppliers. We do not sell designer, branded, or trademarked items. Return & Refund Policy
At Chance Jewelry, your satisfaction means everything to us—but so does transparency. Please note that all of our pieces are fashion jewelry, sourced from independent suppliers, and may have minor imperfections that are normal and not considered defects.

All sales are final by default due to hygiene and the delicate nature of fashion jewelry. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us—we'll always do our best to make things right within reason. 💖
Shipping Policy
We ship directly from our fulfillment center in China. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 10–14 business days, depending on your location.
